Screen Porch & Deck

When the time came to replace the deck on this classic colonial home, the owners decided to expand their living space and connect to the great outdoors by building a large screen porch. We worked through multiple options together to maximize their views from inside the home, inside the porch, on the deck, and even under the deck. Reworking the door and window configuration on the back of the home improved the flow and maximized the usefulness of their space. With construction completed in September, they gained 300 square feet of living space just in time to watch the leaves change!
