Hobby Barn & Accessory Dwelling

The owner of this agricultural property in Middleburg engaged Savvy Design Studio to design a flexible, free-standing structure to accommodate a hobby workshop, entertaining space, and an accessory dwelling unit. The barn's traditional Virginia styling incorporates a long porch overlooking a vineyard with the sunset beyond.

This project is expected to start construction in 2025.
