Hobby Barn & Accessory Dwelling

The owner of this agricultural property in Middleburg engaged Savvy Design Studio to design a flexible, free-standing structure to accommodate a hobby workshop, entertaining space, guest apartment, and potting area to support her garden. The barn's traditional Virginia styling incorporates a long porch overlooking a vineyard with the sunset beyond.

This project is expected to start construction in 2024.
