Main Floor Renovation

In this 1970's colonial, Savvy Design Studio collaborated carefully with the clients during the Schematic Design phase to find the right solution to create a more bright and spacious layout on the main floor, without the expense of removing a utility-laden bearing wall. Carefully crafted alignments to two large new windows, an eat-in kitchen for a family of four, and a Reading Room with a large pocket door give this family the flexibility and practicality they need in a beautiful space.

Construction completed Summer 2022.
