Façade Upgrade

The owners of this 1948 colonial had previously extensively renovated the interior into a spacious, up-to-date home, but the blank façade didn't reflect the lively family home within. Together we worked on options to introduce warm and modern materials to achieve stylish and welcoming curb appeal. A digital model helps the client visualize what they are getting, before completion of the construction drawings.

Construction completed Spring 2023.
