Designed as a ground-up custom residence, this modern home supports multigenerational living while remaining deeply connected to its site. The main home and accessory dwelling unit are linked through an experiential connector and shared outdoor spaces, allowing family members to live together with both connection and independence.

The design responds thoughtfully to sloping topography, using the land to frame natural views and create a stronger relationship between indoor and outdoor living. More than a modern house, this project was envisioned as a lasting family home - one shaped by place, privacy, connection, and the needs of future generations.
