Working on the Finishing Touches!
This charming 1939 Cape Cod with Tudor-inspired detailing features an original wood door which the owners wanted to protect from the elements. The home was also originally built with a screen porch - a feature that the owners love, but its size was limiting. To address both of these issues, we explored multiple sketch options before settling on a wraparound porch and enlarged screen porch, with a sturdy painted brick base to complement the existing home.
A 3D Walk-Through during the Design Development phase lets clients try out the spaces before the construction drawings are prepared.
