If you’re investing in a high-value custom home, teardown/rebuild, or major addition, you need more than beautiful ideas. You need an architect who listens closely, understands what matters to you, and knows how to turn a vision into a home that can be thoughtfully designed and carefully built.

When you work with SAVVY Design Studio, you engage directly with registered architect Kim Centrone, AIA throughout the entire process from concept to completion. What is the difference between a luxury house and a Legacy Home?
A luxury house built for broad market appeal likely begins with a style, a floor plan, or a collection of images pulled from social media. It may photograph well. It may check the right boxes. But once you are standing in it, something feels disconnected.
A Legacy Home knows who you are, how you live, and what you need to feel at home, because it's designed by someone who gets to know you and your location. The architect will seek out all the most positive aspects of your site, family’s lifestyle, and neighborhood and bring them to the forefront in an inspired way that feels natural and effortless.
The result will be a high-quality and memorable home which makes perfect sense, exactly where it is.
